The Construction Consultancy Services category covers Architectural, Project Management, Civil and Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveyor, MEP Services, Principal Designer Services, Building Surveyor, Health and Safety, Environmental Consultants (including BREEAM), Energy Efficiency and Associated Products, Fire Safety, Ancillary Services (including Multidisciplinary Team).

NHS SBS framework agreements are easy to access and utilise, and customers have the ability to directly call-off from a framework or run a mini-competition, allowing more flexibility. Specialist category teams are also able to provide additional support, should customers require help with developing specifications, running mini-competitions or analysing data to identify cost saving opportunities.
