Beech Ward subsidence remedial works

The existing timber retaining walls had become unstable and were suffering with rot leading to bank erosion. The soil was therefore subsiding in areas becoming both unsightly and unsafe as the perimeter palisade fence had also become affected by the subsidence of the bank.

A concrete retaining wall by ‘Team Elite’ was selected and the concrete panels specified blended in with the area with a wood effect design.
