As an award-winning consultancy working in a carbon intensive sector, we know our decisions matter. Blu Building Consultants is committed to achieving net-zero emissions. Since establishing our carbon baseline in 2021, we have measured emissions every year, are already ahead of our interim targets, and have embedded these targets in our day-to-day practice.

For our clients, this means projects are shaped by strong governance, environmental responsibility and a sustainable outlook. Our accreditations, ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, demonstrate the standards we work to and our ability to manage large and complex contracts securley – building for the future.

Meet our charity partners

Alongside our environmental commitments, we support two charity partners: Youth Talk and Keech Hospice.

Youth Talk provides free, confidential counselling for young people aged 13-15 in St Albans and the surrounding area, offering a safe space to talk about their mental health.

Keech Hospice are specialists in palliative and end-of-life care for adults and children with life-limiting conditions across Bedfordhsire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes.

We back these charities through regular donations, fundraising events and sponsored challenges, and by encouraging our team to give their time and skills. Focusing on local organisations means we can see the differewnce our support makes in the communities where we live and work.
