Grove View integrated Health and Care Hub and Grove View apartments
The contemporary-designed hub, the first to be built in Central Bedfordshire will serve the people of Dunstable and the surrounding villages. The bright light-filled building is adorned with contemporary public artwork inspired by the memories of local people which can be seen in the waiting areas and some of the consulting rooms.

Built by Willmott Dixon the £43 million development has been funded by the council with a contribution of £6.2 million from the Housing Infrastructure Fund and £3.6 million from Homes England.
Blu Building Consultants provides Project Management Services to the preferred Artwork Design Team and coordinates delivery and installation of these works using our in-house team.
