Building Conditions Survey and Schedule of Works for Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC)

Using PROSPER Frameworks, Blu Building Consultants have been appointed to complete Building Conditions Survey and produce a Schedule of Works for Central Bedfordshire Council Site Agent Properties across the County. Blu Building Consultants have also been appointed as Quantity Surveyors and Clerk of Works for the delivery of these Maintenance Works projects.

Blu have been instructed by Central Bedfordshire Council to undertake a detailed building survey of the structure, fabric and services of the caretaker’s accommodation at the school site within their portfolio. This was for the purpose of assessing its general condition, repairs required in the short term and those that may be required to the accommodation within the next 10 years, for works planning and budgeting purposes.
