Broadlands Hospital is an inpatient unit located just outside Norwich. Providing services for adults with a learning disability.

The programme of works was phased over a period of just twelve weeks to mitigate the impact of the works on both service users and staff. Working on the busiest part of a live environment, these works were closely managed on a weekly basis by Blu Project Manager Keith Lidington.
